Optimum Nutrition Creatine Tablets, 180 Tablets, 60 Servings

Optimum Nutrition Creatine Tablets are generally well-regarded among nutritionists due to their potential benefits for muscle strength, endurance, and recovery. Each serving provides a concentrated dose of creatine monohydrate, which is a scientifically supported ingredient known to enhance athletic performance and muscle mass. The tablets are convenient for those who prefer not to use powders and are easy to incorporate into any supplement regimen. However, some nutritionists note that the overall sodium content and the presence of additives in the formulation may not suit individuals with certain dietary restrictions, such as those on a low-sodium diet. Additionally, while creatine is safe for most, excessive consumption can lead to gastrointestinal discomfort or dehydration. Overall, this product can be a beneficial addition for active individuals or athletes, provided it aligns with their specific health goals and dietary needs.
