Overall, customer experiences with this product have been mixed. However, there are also negative reviews, with customers expressing disappointment in the product's performance and durability. One customer mentioned that the launcher stopped working after only a few weeks, while another customer found that the maximum distance the ball could be launched was only 4 meters, which was insufficient for their energetic ball-obsessed lab. Additionally, some customers were disappointed with the quality of the balls, stating that they split easily and did not fit the launcher as advertised.
