Higher Education Editorial Review
Computer Networking: A Top-Down Approach, Global Edition offers a comprehensive introduction to computer networking with its 8th edition bringing valuable updates and excellent web resources. While many appreciate the content quality, including the well-structured reference and index, some concerns arise regarding the physical format, such as poor paper quality and a smaller size that limits note-taking. Readers have also noted issues with blank pages appearing after images in the Kindle version, leading to frustration. Despite these drawbacks, the text remains a respected choice for those looking to grasp networking fundamentals effectively.
