STOTT PILATES TV DV-84180 Editorial Review
The STOTT PILATES Ultimate Body Sculpting DVD has garnered mixed reviews from customers, reflecting a range of experiences. Some users have reported technical difficulties, such as inability to access the menu or play the video properly, which detracted from their overall satisfaction. One customer experienced issues with multiple copies of the product, leading to frustration as they couldn't engage with the content. Despite these setbacks, many users have highlighted the effectiveness of the workouts once they successfully navigated the program, noting the challenging nature of the exercises and the quick results from dedicated practice. The instructional style of Moira, while comprehensive, received mixed feedback. Some users felt that it could have been more dynamic, describing the energy of the DVD as low. However, the clarity of the explanations was generally appreciated, helping users to engage effectively with the routines. Overall, the product’s slow start was mentioned, but as the program progresses, it effectively targets major muscle groups, making it a solid choice for dedicated practitioners looking for serious workouts. **
