If you're a fan of fermented foods like kimchi, kombucha, sourdough or sauerkraut and have been looking for a fermentation crock jar to make your own at home, the Kenley Fermentation Crock Jar could be a great choice. It has a capacity of 2 liters and comes with everything you need for fermenting, fermenter weights, lid, and pounder. Made of stoneware ceramic, the jar is durable and able to withstand higher temperatures associated with fermentation. The design is equipped with a gutter of water around the top keeping bugs out of the pot once the lid is placed on top. According to a customer, it takes about 10 days to have one pot of sauerkraut nicely fermented, but it's essential to check it every day after about one week with a clean tool, otherwise, it may go too far. The product is manufactured in China, and the crock is dark brown. Overall, the Kenley Fermentation Crock Jar is a sturdy, solid piece of kit that looks great and works Consistently with a water seal lid and easy-to-carry good handles.
