Customers appreciate how gently yet thoroughly it cleans the tongue without causing discomfort. The material, copper, is noted to enhance the cleaning process and has been linked to an increased sensitivity to taste following its use. The ease of use is frequently mentioned, with several reviewers praising the product's design. There is also an appreciation for its affordability, making it accessible for a broader audience. Additionally, customers have enjoyed the thoughtful inclusion of a storage case, which enhances the overall value of the product. However, some negatives emerged regarding the packaging; one customer mentioned disappointment at receiving the item without the expected box. Another raised a concern about the product developing discoloration within a month.
