HEXBUG Science Kits & Toys 406-5517 Editorial Review
The HEXBUG VEX Robotics SwitchGrip Ball Shooter is a complex toy that requires assembly, using all 140 pieces provided. Although it does not require batteries, it is not without its challenges - the orange component piece needs to be assembled correctly for the balls to shoot out successfully. It may also require help from an adult, making it fun for father/son bonding time. Replacement balls can be sourced directly from VEX.com, and the company offers email and telephone support for any questions. Overall, it's a fun project for kids to build and play with, but it does have a learning curve and requires patience and persistence.
