The book itself is beautifully conceived and executed, serving as a memorial and history. The poems are enjoyable and the author, Anne Carson, is highly regarded. The only drawback is the folding structure of the book, making it inconvenient to carry around. Overall, the book is of good quality, but some reviewers find it pretentious and more of a work of art than a readable book.
