Body-Solid Exercise Machine Attachments ACH18 Editorial Review
The Body Solid ACH18 Ab Crunch Harness is a lightweight and comfortable option for those looking to do ab crunches without the discomfort of traditional straps. This harness is designed to attach to any cable machine and offers a more natural range of motion while targeting the abdominal muscles. The foam handles provide a secure grip, making it perfect for high-intensity workouts. However, some customers did express disappointment with the overall sturdiness of the harness and suggested looking at other options before purchasing.
