Everlast Evershield Double Mouthguard
This mouthguard is a sturdy piece of equipment that works well for those engaging in combat sports like boxing or wrestling. It is double-sided and provides adequate support to keep teeth intact. The holes on the mouthguard provide good airflow and allow the user to breathe while working out. It comes with instructions on how to set it along with a case. However, the case is too sturdy and tight, making it difficult to open. It is also not recommended for use with braces. The mouthguard is comfortable and provides sufficient support, but two big problems include that it is too thick and holds the jaw slightly apart, which can be problematic when hit in the jaw. The hard outer cover also scratches the inside of the lips. Nevertheless, it fits well and is more stable, making it less likely to fall out.
