- 1.【About air compressor】: This product must be used in conjunction with an air compressor to achieve automatic strip breaking function!!! Common air compressors in woodworking or karting directions can be used. When operating the edge banding, the air compressor needs to be adjusted to 6-8 Pa. When connecting the edge banding machine to the air pump, an 8mm air pipe is required.
- 2.【Automatically broken sealing tape】: Upgraded microcomputer control can effectively sense the edge sealing process. After the edge sealing is completed, the edge sealing strip can be automatically cut off without the need for manual pre cutting of the edge sealing strip length. It can achieve precise cutting position, increase cylinder cutting efficiency, and neat cutting, saving time and manpower and improving work efficiency.
- 3.【Longer and wider sealable large boards】: This edgebander is better suited to handle large size boards. The workbench is designed with push-pull feeding wheels, which can stretch the width appropriately according to the size of the wooden board. The smooth wheels can effectively push the board forward and improve the efficiency of edge sealing.
