The 48-22-8426 Packout is a rolling tool box with sturdy wheels and bearings that are replaceable. It weighs around 24 lb when empty and can be locked. The box has two side handles to carry and a pull handle, but it's too big to carry with one hand. The box does not come with the small tray, and some sellers remove it and sell it separately. However, Home Depot sells the box with the tray at a lower price. Customers have had mixed experiences with the product.
