Matfer Food Strainers 17360 Editorial Review
Matfer Bourgeat Professional Bouillon Strainer/Chinois with Exoglass Handle and Fine Steel Mesh Sieve is an essential kitchen tool for any avid cook. This strainer excels at making stock and straining various liquids, significantly reducing straining time due to its large size and fine mesh that captures small particles, ensuring clarity while filtering. Users appreciate its sturdy build and heat resistance, which allows for easy use with hot liquids. Its dishwasher-safe feature adds convenience for cleanup. However, some may find its size challenging to store, and it may be not quite multi-purpose as other tools in the kitchen.
