Firestone Airide 4186 Coil-Rite Rear Air Springs Kit fits 2008-2014 Suburban Tahoe Yukon Escalade ESV EXT | 5-25 PSI | 1,000 lbs Load Capacity | No

The Firestone 4186 Air Helper Spring Kit has received mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the product. Many users appreciated the straightforward installation process, often completing it within an hour when closely following the well-written instructions provided by Firestone. This ease of installation has been a significant selling point, especially for those who are not highly experienced in automotive modifications. Customers found the system effective in assisting with towing capabilities, particularly with heavier loads like travel trailers. For example, one reviewer mentioned the kit's functionality while towing a 5,000-pound travel trailer, reporting enhanced stability and control. The compatibility with various vehicles also garnered praise, with some users noting successful fits for models like the Yukon and 2012 Suburban, though the latter did have compatibility limitations that were not clear initially. However, difficulties arose for some customers concerning leaks and fit issues. In particular, concerns were raised about the longevity of the bags; some users reported leaking after a few months of use, attributing issues to the airline connections. Additionally, certain users had to purchase extra components to fully utilize the kit, such as additional schrader valves, indicating a lack of completeness in the original package. Overall, while the Firestone 4186 kit is appreciated for its installation and towing support, potential buyers should be wary of possible compatibility issues and the risk of leaks after a period of use. **
