Madison Liquid Level Sensors Editorial Review
The Madison M8790 Liquid Level Sensor is a side mount float switch made of polypropylene material with a 58" bulkhead and a silicone gasket. The FAQ section clarifies that the switch can be submerged in water and its wires are waterproof. Buyers seek help in connecting the float to an audible alarm and running power to it, to which the response is that it is a simple switch with one wire for power and the other for the alarm. There is also a recommendation to Consider a multi-level switch to avoid multiple intrusions in the tank. Overall, customers found the switch easy to install, of quality make, and it works as intended. However, one review mentioned receiving two different parts instead of the two switches in series they were expecting.
